Plainfield Spine And Rehab Low Back Pain Exercises
In this first video we show you our Phase One Rehabilitation for the low back. It consists and contains stretches for the low back. Stretching the low back in one denominational planes in every direction the low back spinal joints should move. The goal is to move in full end range of motion with no pain.
In this next video, your Plainfield Chiropractor shows will show you Phase Two Rehabilitation for the low back. Once Phase One can be completed with at least 50% range of motion without increasing pains, we start to focus on strengthening the low back. The first exercise we discuss is called the 'Walking Dog', this is a great exercise for bringing more strength and balance to the lumbar spine. In the second exercise we discuss the abdominal planks which works the lower core as a whole and helps stabilize the low back region. The key with these two exercises is to start off slow, use proper technique, and build up on duration of reps with time.
